GCHE is a 501(c) nonprofit organization that provides support and information to home educators. We offer a monthly newsletter, Resource Center, field trips, sports programs, and many activities for a variety of grade levels.
Homeschoolers Of Wyoming -HOW
Description: Homeschoolers Of Wyoming is a state-wide support group/organization providing information and support to Wyominghomeschooling families. HOW is a Christian support group but desires to serve any homeschool family.
Requirements: There are no requirements other than a family's contact information, i.e. home address, phone number and email(opt.) If a family desires the five issues of the newsletter there is a $10.00 subscription fee.
Benefits: We have an annual state homeschool convention, and a state Newsletter that is published five times a year. HOW also works closely with the Wyoming State Legislature to provide protection for the Wyoming Home Education Law and the families desiring to homeschool.

Western Nebraska Home Educators Network (WNHEN)

Description: The Western Nebraska Home Educators Network is a unique and diverse community of caring individuals working together for the common purpose of encouraging one another in their endeavors to faithfully train and educate their children at home. Though we have very diverse beliefs and reasons for home schooling, we have the common bond of being home schooling families.
We hold to the truth that all people are created in the image ofGod.Therefore, we do not discriminate against any individual or family.
We strive to accept, support and encourage each family who seriously desires to educate their children at home. Our goal is for each family to receive just treatment and an equal opportunity to succeed in the Western Nebraska Home Educators Network.
Requirements: Parents/Students choose which activities and events they desire to participate in throughout the year. The WNHEN Cooperative does require a commitment by the parents and students to attend weekly. Parents are strongly encouraged to offer classes in exchange for participating in the Cooperative at no cost to their family, except for supplies.
Benefits: The Western Nebraska Home Educators Network offers a monthly newsletter, at least one monthly planned field trips, youth group activities, weekly PE, a weekly Cooperative, support for the parents and family, leadership opportunities and much more.
Cost: None/There is a $12.00 fee to receive a 12 month copy of the newsletter group
